Neuadd Llanarthne Hall terms and conditions of hire (day/ half day)

All rubbish amassed by hiree must be bagged and removed from the hall and taken away with hiree at the end of hire appointment.

All areas used by the hiree must be clean and put back as found

Any chairs and tables used by hiree must be put back into the store room tidily

Please be respectful of our neighbours

Please be respectful with music volume

Hire cost must be paid in advance no later than one week before date of hire with a deposit paid on booking to secure the date/time

The hall committee takes no responsibility or liability for and loss or damage to property or any injury.

The hall includes use of the hall and facilities inside as well as use of the field, park and carpark.

The hall may only be used by the hiree for the manner agreed e.g- a party

The setting off of fireworks is not permitted. 

If for an evening event please be mindful that all events must come to an end prior to midnight.

Erection of any other structures (such as marquees or tents) must be agreed in advance and should avoid the pipeline running through the field (see map)
